We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Master Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Clinical Psychologist in the state of Idaho to work with clients who have private insurance or pay privately. We offer a thorough EHR, collaboration with other counselors, and a fun and healthy work environment.

Responsibilities:

· Complete intake and establish rapport with clients.

· Provide therapy for individuals, couples, children, and families.

· Attend biweekly consultation group.

· Complete progress notes and documentation within insurance-required time frames.

· Work with other providers both in the organization and in other organizations to coordinate care for patients.

· Attend staff meetings and periodic supervision.

Qualifications:

· Master’s degree in human services field.

· Licensed in the state of Idaho (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, LP).

· Ability to pass a criminal background check.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Flexible and shows willingness to multitask.

· Reliability.

· Willingness to learn new information.

· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

· Willingness to work as a team through collaboration, learning, and supporting each other.

We are so pleased to announce that Christi Bowman, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, has joined us offering Mental Health Medication Management. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she will collaborate with you, your Counselor, and your Primary Care Physician to ensure you are getting the best care possible for your mental health needs.
At this time, she is providing Psychiatric Evaluations and Medication Management for those 18 years and above.

We are pleased to announce we have two wonderful practicum/interns that have joined us, Justine Culp and Kenneth Kelley. Both of them have AVAILABILITY RIGHT AWAY. We are not able to bill insurance for them until they are licensed and so it is a private pay situation.

Justine Culp is completing her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Justine believes in the client’s potential to achieve wellness and will provide a safe space to explore every circumstance with acceptance and openness. We are pleased to welcome Traci Birdsell to our team. Traci joined us in the fall of 2023. Traci has a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education: Social Studies, Master's degree in Adult Education, and Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction, all from the University of Idaho. She is currently an intern, and will graduate with her Master's in Social Work from Idaho State University in May 2024. Traci is able to see clients at a discounted rate from our licensed therapists and is accepting clients from our waitlist.

A HUGE shout out to Hells Canyon Softwash! They saved us when we got hit hard twice this week with snow. Within 18 hours of contacting them, they were on the job and making it safe for our clients and staff.
