Hi Parents and Friends! I’ve truly enjoyed spending time on the mat with your kiddos over the last 7 weeks and am so happy to be able to offer an outlet for them during this uncertain time. With that being said, I’ve decided to cut back a little and offer class on just one day a week during the months of May and June. We will now have yoga on Wednesday’s at 11 and I will continue to post the zoom meeting link on fb and ig. I hope that you understand and will look forward to seeing your Lil’ Yogis each Wednesday!

For all of our virtual class offerings, I've asked for parents to consider a $1/donation per class made payable via Venmo.

In the last 2 weeks, we have raised enough money to purchase 12 meals through stockthefreezer.com, a local initiative to donate prepared meals from Osteria 166 to families in need.

Thank you to all who helped support this cause. Please be sure to talk with your children about this, as I will be mentioning it throughout our sessions moving forward.

It is so very important that our children all understand what it means to give back in times of need.

Ok Lil' Yogis who wants to have some FUN this week with a Yoga & Mindfulness challenge???

Parents, please print out the image chart provided and explain the challenges to your child(ren) and place in a visible location. They will get excited to take a break during the day and do something fun and active or mindful!

Yesterday the girls and I planted seedlings for cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and their personal favorite, Genovese Basil.

While planting, we chatted about cucumbers with some fun facts found from Kids Cooking Activities. This blog is great and has a wide variety of kid friendly, healthy recipes. Check them out for something fun to do while indoors!

Here are the promised coloring and pose practice sheets for you to print for your kiddos to color and work on their LION pose. Encourage them to color the character and bring to their next class to show me.
