Caslen Living Centers- Lewistown The facility consists of two main buildings, licensed for 13 residents each, and five apartments for independent living.

Caslen Living Centers is an assisted living home devoted to help maintain quality of life for each resident while providing personalized care plans according to his/her needs; we respect their right to privacy, dignity, and personal choice. Each apartment is wired for a private telephone and personal television. Some of our services available include:
-24 hour staff coverage
-Medication assistance
-Personal assistance (grooming, bathing, dressing, bathroom assistance, shaving, shampoo, and hair care)
