Human Resources Coordinator
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations. This position plays a key role in recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and payroll processing while working closely with employees and management.

Responsibilities:

Use the Workday system to recruit and track potential employees

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

Conduct initial, quarterly, and ongoing background checks

Manage and facilitate the new hire orientation process

Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Administer FMLA requests and documentation

Handle Workers’ Compensation claims

Process and manage unemployment claims

Assist with and process payroll accurately and timely

Maintain confidential employee records

Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Human Resources required

Experience with Workday or similar HRIS preferred

Knowledge of FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, unemployment, and payroll processes

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

Work Environment:

Office-based position
