"I've heard from men who feel defeated, pushed aside, and undervalued. Movies and TV have only perpetuated the stereotype that men—especially dads—are ignorant and self-absorbed. This has led many to feel that their place in society is distant from the family.

But I’ve also seen dads rise to the challenge of fatherhood. When those around them believe in them and value their input, they spend less time on distractions like video games and more time contributing—whether by working around the house or providing for their families financially.

This world needs more good dads—men who serve, protect, and embrace the vital role they play in their children’s lives. Will we encourage the men around us to be good fathers and value their role in the family? The next generation is counting on it."

It’s a BIG task. We wrap our arms in protection around mothers and their unborn children to save them from the onslaught of an ideology that declares their baby to be disposable. It says that because of the hardship she’s facing, she will be doomed if she doesn’t. She’s afraid, feels alone, overwhelmed, and wants it all to go away.

But when we come around her holding out hope and encouragement, support and answers, she can....

Today we were joined by Sam's wife, Stephanie! She is the Development Director for Crossroads Pregnancy Center, and they have a BIG birthday coming up!
