Sometimes, you need to drown out the noise of others to get the healthcare you deserve. This includes friends, family, and other healthcare providers.

Don't let anyone persuade you into choosing your birth/labor options, eating food that is not meant for you, not getting appropraite exercise because everyone around you is not, or staying at a job that is toxic to your mental health.
