Ok..... we have a problem! Someone posted this recipe on this page. I can see me overeating when I make it! It’s that good!! The recipe is 1 cup mozzarella,1 cup parmesan, 1 egg, mix well sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning put parchment paper in the cookie sheet and spray with pam oven on at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. I used 12 minutes or until the edges start to brown, then turn the broiler on for 1 minute remove from oven and enjoy. Would work for a pizza crust. It was called cheesy bread

KETO BBQ SHRIMP
If you love seafood, particularly shrimps, then this quick BBQ shrimp recipe is a must-try for you. Coated with herbs and spices, this will bring joy to your tastebuds. Its luscious flavors are enough to keep you wanting more!
▪ Ingredients:
100 grams shrimps, shelled
2 Tbsp butter
¼ tsp Italian herbs
¼ tsp cayenne
¼ tsp paprika
Salt and pepper
1 tsp coconut aminos
¼ lemon juice
1 bay leaf
¼ cup parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped, as a garnish
▪ Procedure:
1. Prepare all the ingredients.
2. Place the shrimps into a bowl.
3. Add all the ingredients.
4. Mix until shrimps were evenly coated. Microwave for 3 minutes.
5. Serve and garnish with parsley.

French Toast…… with no 🍞!!!!!!
And it is AMAZING!!!
Quick and easy, we put it in the oven….. went for our walk and it was ready to eat when we got home!!!
This version (perfect for 2)
5 eggs
5oz cream cheese
2 TBSP butter
And splash of vanilla
Preheat oven to 350.
Soften cream cheese, add eggs, butter and mix until smooth.
Spray loaf pan and add ingredients.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
Let cool, then remove from pan.
Slice and then flash fry in skillet (butter).
Ready to serve, enjoy with berry’s or sugar free syrup and let your taste buds party!!
Never know it isn’t 🍞!

I’m very grateful that I stumbled upon your video. My life has been transformed since I lost 88 lbs. It feels great to look in the mirror these days LOL. 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and parm cheese
1 egg
1btsp garlic powder
Italian seasons to top!
Preheat oven to 350
Line backing sheet with parchment paper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl Till we’ll incorporated
Place mixture on parchment paper, flatten out like a pizza crust
Bake for 15 minutes
Switch oven to broiler and move baking sheet to top rack till cheese is brown
Garnish with Italian seasonings or whatever you choose
Enjoy!!

Low Carb Creamy Tuscan Chicken

Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut in half horizontally
1 1/2 teaspoons Lemon Pepper Seasoning
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup slivered sun-dried tomatoes
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
4 cups baby spinach

Instructions
1. Place olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with lemon pepper.
2. Add chicken to skillet and cook 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
3. Add onion to skillet and cook for about 3 minutes to soften.
4. Add garlic and cook 1 more minute.
5. Add chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
6. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer for 1 minute. Add Parmesan and stir until melted.
7. Add sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Stir in spinach. Cook and stir until spinach is wilted. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
