The office will be closed Thursday and Friday of next week.

Please make plans for prescription refills / injection / lab draws ahead of time.

Thursday- Clinical staff will be available by phone for referral follow up / lab follow up.

Friday - Closed

We will return to normal business hours Monday, March 24th

Please be courteous of all staff while out of the office. We love you and appreciate you being part of the Lafayette County Family Practice. Please let us enjoy time with family during this small break during the week.

If you have a medical emergency or can’t wait for the clinic to re-open, we encourage you to seek medical assistance at the nearest urgent care / ER.
