Hey friends—exciting news! I'm currently training to become a certified coach, and as part of that journey, I'm opening up a few spots to walk alongside people who are ready for meaningful, personal change.

This isn’t about fixing you—because you’re not broken. It’s about helping you uncover what’s already in you, and gaining clarity, momentum, and confidence along the way.

If you're feeling stuck, in transition, or like there’s more you want from life—but not sure where to start—I'd love to talk.

Hey...pssst! Guess what? Back in February, I hinted at some big changes… and now it’s time to spill the beans.
Two exciting updates:

1. Starting May 1st, I’ll be seeing patients part-time in a new Flower Mound office!
2. I’ve officially started training to become a certified coach! (Yes—more tools to support deep, lasting transformation for body, soul and spirit.)

Both of these shifts are all about expanding the ways I get to serve and support you.
