Along with our medical director and physicians, our team of healthcare experts and professionals will develop an individualized plan of treatment to get you back to the highest functional level possible. Vista Ridge’s residential homelike setting helps put our residents’ minds at ease so they can focus solely on recovering. Our return-to-home program is designed to handle obstacles residents may encounter when they are released from our care. The interdisciplinary team at Vista Ridge will evaluate all aspects of a resident’s life to help develop a plan to ensure success when they return to home after therapy. Whether it’s for daily visits, care conferences, or transitioning home from therapy, we are here for our residents every step of the way.

“I started nursing in 2004 as an LVN working in allergy, asthma and immunology. I went back to school and graduated with my RN in 12/2008. I have worked ER, Behavioral Health and Home Health before falling in love with LTC. I have been in LTC for 5 years now as ADON/IP and then as DON. I truly feel like I’ve found my calling working with the elderly population and their families. I love getting to know each resident and their family members and I love leading my team to accomplish great things! I try to lead by this quote of Eleanor Roosevelt “to handle yourself, use your head; to handle others, use your heart” I believe in advocating for my team.“
