One month away!!

Chiropractic functional neurology and the subluxation complex has had a fascinating intertwining over the past two decades. Research has become more robust proving the neurologic involvement of the adjustment on the nervous system whether it relates to HRV, vagal verve function, or central segmental control.

This workshop will expand upon this research – especially as it relates to head tilt, leg length inequality, foot flare, and much, much more!

Pasta night doesn’t need to be full of…
🌾Refined Flour
🪵Powdered Wood (aka cellulose added to cheese)
🛢️Inflammatory Processed Oils
🍬and Sugar

Here’s how to level up pasta night:

✔️ Choose organic chickpea or lentil pasta. I wish Banza was organic - but it’s not - and it has some other ingredients I don’t like. My favorite organic brands are Chickapea and Tolerant. Other good organic pastas are made by Jovial (einkorn whole wheat), Food for Life Ezekiel (sprouted grain), and Bionature (whole wheat).

✔️ Choose organic sauces made with olive oil and no added sugar. Conventional brands are usually made with unhealthy canola oil or soybean oil, which have an inflammatory effect on your body. I like Lucini and Organico Bello organic sauces made with extra virgin olive oil and no added sugar. These are readily available in most grocery stores, Walmart, and Target.

✔️ Grate your own raw parm. Kraft and other popular brands add the additive “cellulose”, which is derived from wood. This additive (not naturally occurring in vegetables) has been shown to disrupt gut bacteria.

What better way to start of the new year than with a practicing enhancing, certainty building, fun filled seminar with loads of practical information and functional neurology!
