Trying out all the things at the office!! Today it was a PEMF therapy day with BrainTap while I napped! Come see me for your prenatal, birth and postpartum care, but make sure you take advantage of all the things the office has available - IV therapy, Pelvic Floor Therapy, Massage Therapy and Chiropractic, just to name a few (and don’t forget to fill up with Kangen Alkaline Water!).

We all deserve restorative time! 🥰

Sweet baby boy was COZY at 41wks and 5 days, and then decided acrobatics would be his thing…we were all so excited to meet him, though, and he’s cute as can be! So proud of his parents and how they worked so hard together to bring him into this world. 🥰

Today we met with Triclex, who has chosen midwives to lead the charge in allowing our clients a donation option for their placentas/cords for TBI treatments!! We are so excited about the opportunity to move towards helping the greater good with something that would otherwise be tossed as medical waste (of course, encapsulation is always still an option).

Juneteenth marks the day in 1865 when the last enslaved Black Americans in Galveston, Texas learned of their freedom—two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation.
As a midwife, I reflect on the powerful role Black midwives played in caring for their communities through centuries of oppression. Today, we uplift their legacy and commit to supporting Black birthing people with compassion, dignity, and justice.
