The snow and ice will melt soon and classes will resume again at Blue Anjou! With the winter weather we've had to switch some Special Events dates around. Updated schedule: Saturday January 31st 11:30am 'Yoga for Emotional Wellness' is with Lisa Culen Nicholson. Yoga Alliance CEU's available for teachers. Register online ahead of time under 'workshops' to receive your materials. 200HR YTT starts February 7/8 for those that want to become certified to teach and/or those that just want to dive deeper into yoga. Sunday February 1st at 6pm is Full Moon Practice & Sound Bath with Debra Mathews and Noshin Jamal. Use your existing membership/class pack or drop in for $15.

We'll be back at the studio tomorrow to kick off the first weekend of the year at 10am for Hatha Yoga. Saturday at 8:30am is Gentle Yoga and 10am is Hatha. Today at 8:30am is Gentle Yoga and 10am is Hatha Yoga.
Tomorrow: 9am Vinyasa, 11am Community Circle and 7:30am Restorative Yoga & Meditation.
Monday: 10am Gentle Hatha Yoga, 11:30am Hatha, 4:30pm Yoga for Healthy Aging, 6pm Yoga Mix, 7:30pm Yin Yoga & Meditation.
Tuesday: 10am Yin Yoga & Tea, 6pm Vinyasa, 7:30pm Curvy Yoga.
New Year's Eve: 10am Kundalini and 11:30am Midday Yoga.
New Year's Day: 10am - 1pm 1/2 Day Manifestation Retreat-yoga, sound, meditation. All other classes cancelled on that day. Save your spot for classes and events online and join us at Blue Anjou!
