100% Grass-Fed, Grass-Finished Regenerative Beef Suet Tallow
This tallow is rendered exclusively from beef kidney fat (suet) sourced from cattle that are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished and raised on regenerative pasture.
Kidney fat is considered the cleanest and most prized fat on the animal. It produces a tallow that is naturally lighter in color, smoother in texture, and exceptionally pure compared to fat trimmed from other areas.
For generations, traditional kitchens and apothecaries preferred suet tallow because of its superior quality and stability.
