Wear your ugliest (or funniest) Christmas sweater to the gym!
We’ll snap a photo, and one winner will receive a FREE 1-month membership.
Anyone with the ugly sweater get a chance to spin a wheel and win!

9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
$20/person. Limited space available
Learn real-world self-defense through Krav Maga. This high-energy session combines simple, effective techniques with dynamic drills that build strength, awareness, and confidence fast.
Led by Krav Maga specialist Travis Cook, the focus is on safety, practicality, and helping you trust your body in real situations.
No experience needed. Just show up, move your body, and leave feeling stronger, sharper, and more confident than when you arrived.
This class is about confidence, strength, and understanding how your body can protect you when it matters most.
