We had an incredible time at our 2026 Leadership Conference! This year’s theme, All In: Championship Leadership, truly came to life as we celebrated the dedication, passion, and excellence of our Administrators and Directors of Nursing. Honoring our 2025 award winners was a highlight, and a reminder of the impact strong leadership has on the lives we serve every day. We’re so proud of our leadership team for continuing to go all in and raise the standard across our communities. 🎉💪

Team building at The Big Game Show brought out everyone’s competitive side and reminded us how strong we are when we work together.
