We have our first infants & toddler spots opening and available for new clients, these are the first openings we have had in YEARS!!
We can proudly boast that the child care families we serve tend to stay with us from infancy until kindergarten! Sadly, this fall 2025 some of our precious little ones are going off to BIG school!

These choking rescue protocols include abdominal thrusts (also called the “Heimlich” maneuver) for children and adults but not anti-choking devices.

Yesterday a long time parent, a child care client, said to me “Ms. Cindy! Is there anything you can’t do?!” I am still reeling in that moment and soaking up the compliment. I will hold on to this for a long time. In a profession where are skills, talents and achievements often go not just unnoticed but often completely unknown by the very people we serve, it was a blush worthy moment to be able to grin ear-to-ear and express my delight at the acknowledgment that I am awesome! Thank you, Amanda Cullison, for that moment. I am so grateful and thankful for the amazing child care family we have here at Kinder Smart!

Another wonderful year at the St Marys County Fair is over! The wonderful K-9 Cousins Doggie show was the absolute best! Thank you so much for the opportunities to do pony rides and the butterfly house, we are so, so happy they were all braving the rain! Future 4H’er, Kyron, brought home his brand new baby chicks tonight!
