We’re excited to share some big news!

Valerie Sachleben, our LGPC, a licensed professional counselor specializing in trauma, stress, and high-functioning anxiety, is relocating to Washington State.

The great news? She will continue seeing clients virtually, so distance doesn’t change the care and support she provides.

Many clients find virtual therapy:
• Flexible
• Safe
• Easier to fit into their life

Whether you’re an existing client or thinking about starting therapy, Valerie is ready to support you—no matter where you are. 💛

Understanding Autism

Autism is a different way of experiencing and interacting with the world, not something to be “fixed,” but understood and supported. Promoting awareness helps create inclusive spaces where individuals on the autism spectrum feel accepted and valued.

Let’s choose understanding, patience, and acceptance. Take time today to learn, listen, and support inclusivity.

If you or someone you know needs support, we’re here to help.

Today is Transgender Day of Visibility — a celebration of transgender people around the globe and the courage it takes to live openly and authentically, while also raising awareness around the discrimination trans people still face.

One way you can show support for those who are transgender is by accurately using a person’s pronouns. Pronouns — such as he, she and they — are deeply personal and are integral to how people express themselves.

💚 Strength in Seeking Support

Taking care of your mental health isn’t something you have to do alone.

There are moments when emotions feel heavy, and reaching out can be the step that helps lighten the load. 🫶

Talking to someone you trust, opening up, or asking for professional support are all signs of strength and courage.

Let’s also continue creating spaces where mental health is understood, respected, and openly talked about because breaking the stigma starts with us.

You deserve support, understanding, and care.

If you or someone you know needs support, we’re here to help.

Some ways to practice self-care:
▪️Getting enough rest
▪️Taking breaks when needed
▪️Setting healthy boundaries
▪️Spending time doing something you enjoy
▪️Checking in with your emotions

Caring for yourself is not selfish it’s necessary.

Let’s Break the Stigma

Mental health stigma often prevents people from seeking help.

We can reduce stigma by:
✔ Speaking openly
✔ Listening without judgment
✔ Educating ourselves
✔ Showing empathy

Every conversation helps normalize support.

Let’s keep the dialogue going.

If you or someone you know needs support, we’re here to help.
