Sound tethers us to the present.

It can block out the noise of the past and fears of the future.

It can cut through worries and tension, bringing us back to the moment.

When you let it, sound healing connects you to your inner wisdom and vision, and reawakens your true desires.

Eclipse energy is stirring and grounding the body becomes essential.

This weekend’s eclipse is not just any full moon.

It’s a North Node Total Lunar Eclipse in Pisces, which means the energy is both intense and directional.

A full moon is always a peak moment. It is a time when something that’s been building reaches clarity or completion.

A lunar eclipse supercharges that. Think of it like a full moon on steroids: what has been hidden comes into the light, emotions run stronger, and we’re asked to let go of what no longer serves.

The North Node ties the eclipse to our future. It’s a compass point. Eclipses on the North Node tend to pull us toward growth, alignment, and new territory, even if it feels a little uncomfortable.

And in Pisces, this eclipse speaks the language of dreams, intuition, and surrender. Pisces rules the unseen, the spiritual, the dissolving of boundaries. It can blur what’s clear in order to help us soften, trust, and reimagine what’s possible.

So, in human terms, this eclipse asks us to release old fears and limitations while leaning into trust, faith, and imagination. It might feel destabilizing, but the medicine is to ground the body and open the heart so you can hear what’s rising for you.

The air is crisp today, a welcome pause from the heaviness of summer’s heat.

Even if it’s the infamous “false fall,” something is shifting, and I can feel it in my bones.

Maybe it’s because I have a strong Virgo influence, and this new Virgo season is guiding us to refine and reorganize our spaces, energy, finances, and goals.

If you’ve been feeling disconnected or out of sync with yourself, this 90-minute workshop offers a gentle path back home.

Tuning In: Mind, Body, Spirit is designed for those who sense something is missing but may not be sure where to begin.

No previous experience with sound healing or spirituality is needed, just a willingness to explore.

We’ll begin with a grounded, insightful talk that weaves together neuroscience, psychology, and the relationship between trauma and the body.

You’ll learn how disconnection happens, what it means to truly tune in, and how awareness can become a powerful act of self-care.

Throughout the talk, you’ll be guided through three simple journaling prompts to help you integrate what you’re learning and start a conversation with yourself.

The second half of the session includes a guided meditation followed by a 45-minute integrative sound bath with crystal singing bowls to support nervous system regulation and deep inner listening.

This is a space to plant a seed, to reconnect, to reflect, and to remember that you belong to yourself.

Right here in Lexington, KY, Candy Mountain Music is a place where little ones and their grown-ups can laugh, move, and make music together.

Led by Sarah Smitha, a musical play facilitator with over 15 years of experience, our classes are creative, engaging, and filled with joy — designed to meet children exactly where they are and help them flourish.

• Boosts language development and early literacy skills
• Strengthens coordination and fine motor skills through movement and rhythm
• Nurtures social-emotional growth by building confidence and connection

The studio has endured a lot of hardship over the past year with Miss Sarah having to go on vocal rest and having weeks and weeks of lost income, as well as as many plumbing issues which resulted in canceled classes and lost income as well.

We really want to keep this beautiful, vibrant, colorful, and joyful studio in our community and expand further on its offerings, but we need your help!

Whether you have a baby, toddler, or young child, there’s a spot waiting for you to join in the fun. We can’t wait to welcome your family into our musical community!

Abundance flows through open spaces.

When a super kind gentleman from Louisville calls you and offers to donate singing bowls to your sound healing center, you accept.

These five frosted crystal singing bowls were lovingly hand-delivered by the sweetest man today.

I am in awe of his generosity.

I am thankful to have the opportunity to breathe new life into these instruments.

I am open to receiving any neglected or dormant sound healing instruments that may be collecting dust on your shelves.
