I’m so grateful for the family, friends, and community who stepped in when life suddenly shifted. From those who cared for my kids to those keeping The Sound Healing Center running in my absence, every act of kindness has been a reminder that none of us do this alone.

A friend and regular attendee () recently donated nearly 100 books, everything from Norse mythology and Tarot to Astrology and other sacred teachings.

Instead of selling them, I wanted to create something that could be shared.

So, we’ve opened a Community Book Exchange.

A “Take a Book, Leave a Book” library built on trust, kindness, and curiosity.

When you come in for a sound healing session, you’re welcome to borrow a book that calls to you.

When you’re finished, return it so someone else can enjoy it.

And if you have a book of your own you’d like to share, add it to the collection.

Each page holds a spark of wisdom, comfort, or inspiration just like the sounds that fill our space each week.

Whether you join us for a session or bring a book to exchange while you’re here, I hope you find something that speaks to your spirit.

✨ The energy we bring shapes the energy we receive. ✨

This past weekend, something difficult happened. At our Reiki Share Sound Bath — a donation-based offering designed to make healing more accessible — items from my shop were taken without payment.

It’s painful to know that someone came to receive healing energy, yet also took something that wasn’t theirs.

And I will tell you clearly: if you steal an “Abundance Spray,” you will not receive abundance.

This raises an important truth that isn’t spoken about enough in the spiritual community: healing requires energetic exchange.

When I hold space through sound healing, I give time, tools, experience, and presence. In return, you’re invited to give back through your willingness, openness, and, yes, your payment. That exchange anchors the healing. It tells the Universe, I value this. I am ready to receive it fully.

When the exchange is one-sided, meaning when someone only takes without offering, the flow becomes stagnant. The energy cannot move freely.

This week, I invite you to reflect on how you show up in healing spaces.

Come ready not just to receive, but to contribute to the shared field we create together. When reciprocity is honored, the healing is deeper, fuller, more alive.

Sound tethers us to the present.

It can block out the noise of the past and fears of the future.

It can cut through worries and tension, bringing us back to the moment.

When you let it, sound healing connects you to your inner wisdom and vision, and reawakens your true desires.

Eclipse energy is stirring and grounding the body becomes essential.

This weekend’s eclipse is not just any full moon.

It’s a North Node Total Lunar Eclipse in Pisces, which means the energy is both intense and directional.

A full moon is always a peak moment. It is a time when something that’s been building reaches clarity or completion.

A lunar eclipse supercharges that. Think of it like a full moon on steroids: what has been hidden comes into the light, emotions run stronger, and we’re asked to let go of what no longer serves.

The North Node ties the eclipse to our future. It’s a compass point. Eclipses on the North Node tend to pull us toward growth, alignment, and new territory, even if it feels a little uncomfortable.

And in Pisces, this eclipse speaks the language of dreams, intuition, and surrender. Pisces rules the unseen, the spiritual, the dissolving of boundaries. It can blur what’s clear in order to help us soften, trust, and reimagine what’s possible.

So, in human terms, this eclipse asks us to release old fears and limitations while leaning into trust, faith, and imagination. It might feel destabilizing, but the medicine is to ground the body and open the heart so you can hear what’s rising for you.
