A sound bath in a limestone cave.
After tour hours at 6:30pm.
Only 25 people.

On March 28, Amy will be facilitating a sound bath inside Cascade Cave at Carter Caves State Resort Park.

This is not a studio setting. The cave becomes part of the sound. The acoustics carry and return each tone in a way that simply doesn’t happen above ground.

Rain Drum pre-orders are officially open!

After many months of questions and careful planning, I’m opening a limited pre-order for the Rain Drums used in sound baths at The Sound Healing Center of Lexington.

These are the instruments many of you ask about after sessions. The sound that resembles rainfall, flowing water, or ocean waves.

Each drum is handmade by an artisan in Moldova and will be crafted specifically for our studio community during this pre-order window.

Here’s how it works:
• Pre-orders are open now
• The window closes March 3
• Once it closes, one collective order will be submitted
• Drums are then handmade and shipped, with an estimated arrival of 6–8 weeks

Available sizes:
12” – $220
Lightweight and gentle

16” – $280
Balanced tone with longer sustain

19.5” – $340
Deep, immersive sound with the longest waterfall effect
(This is the size most often used in studio sessions.)

Design options:
Geyser
Storm
Swirl

Each design is hand-burned, and no two drums sound exactly alike.

One full hour in a softly lit space, guided by crystal singing bowls and calming instruments, designed to help you slow down together.

No conversation required.
No expectations to “do” anything.
Just shared rest, presence, and nervous system support.

Saturday, February 14 | 9am–5pm

This is a once-a-year Valentine’s offering. My regular Sound Bath for Two sessions are $175, and these sessions are available at special pricing ($125 per couple) for this weekend only.
