Creation Falls is one of our favorite places in Ky. We pack a lunch and spend the day down by the creek. The main trail and waterfall can get busy, but the creek is plenty big enough to find a spot

Be mindful IT GETS BUSY!! Pack your patience or go during the week/off-season

If you’re new here, i’m jolyn 😃 and i’m really glad you found your way to this little corner of the garden.

This space is a mix of good food, local adventures, garden days, and finding beauty in the mundane

Sometimes it’s local spots, sometimes it’s travel, sometimes it’s me crashing out. 🤣 Its a balance and this page is an extension of who i am, what i love and everything in between.

No Niche just vibes and community✌️

On this page we stand with the people, the farmers, the marginaliz*d, the children, the women, the voiceless and everyone else fighting for the life of their communities. 💙

Garlic Parmesan Fries ✨️

Soak in cold water for 1 hr
6 Gold Potato sliced thin
1 tsp - Adjust to taste and preference
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Paprika
Turmeric
Sprinkle 1 cup parmesan before Broil
Sprinkle green onion or chives once removed from onion

Cook at 400 for 45 minutes or until tender
Broil for 4 minutes at the end for crispy fry

Enjoy!
