Dr. Klaffka is the founder of Vital Nutrition and Chiropractic, where his mission is to help patients uncover and address the root causes of their health concerns. Originally from Buffalo, NY, he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2009.

Dr. Klaffka has advanced training in chiropractic care, Active Release Techniques, nutrition, functional medicine, and even canine adjusting.

Passionate about personalized care, Dr. Klaffka takes time to truly listen and guide patients toward healthier lifestyles.

When not in the office, Dr. Klaffka enjoys fitness, exploring new approaches to optimize health, and spending time with his family.

A graduate of Life University in Atlanta, GA, she has been providing exceptional care to patients of all ages since 1999. Dr. Cardinal employs a diverse range of techniques to address the unique needs of each individual. Her transformative experience during a chiropractic visit in her early twenties inspired her to pursue a career in chiropractic care.

Dr. Laura is a distinguished chiropractic graduate from Parker University in Dallas, Texas. Before her studies at Parker, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Kentucky. Dr. Laura has a diverse professional background, having worked as a licensed massage therapist, a certified personal trainer, and a birth doula. Additionally, she proudly served as a combat medic in the United States Army. She is also certified in the Webster technique, which focuses on providing specialized care for pregnant women. In her leisure time, Dr. Laura enjoys kayaking, backpacking through state and national parks, watching sports, and cherishing quality moments with her friends and family.

Dr. Paul Maia has been a Chiropractic Physician for over 25 years in Georgia and South Carolina, focusing on helping people achieve their health goals. His extensive experience in sports medicine includes serving as the team doctor for a traveling soccer team and working with individual athletes, including a professional ballet dancer and MMA fighters. He has also collaborated with the Veterans Administration and military in Savannah, Charleston, and Aiken/Augusta.

Dr. Maia's journey into chiropractic began while studying Pre-med at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where he was inspired by witnessing patients in severe pain leave the office smiling. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Pre-med and graduated Cum Laude from Cleveland Chiropractic College in 2000. His expertise spans Neurology, Sports Medicine, Pediatrics, Pregnancy, and Acupuncture. He opened his practice in Savannah, joined a multi-disciplinary pain management team from 2006 to 2010, and re-established his solo practice in 2011, selling it in 2019 before relocating to Aiken in 2020.

Currently residing in Aiken, Dr. Maia is completing a Certification in Orthopedics and is actively involved in the community. He is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of his patients, helping them to live their optimal lives.

Dr. Melanie Reyes is a dedicated chiropractor specializing in providing comprehensive care for children, pregnant mothers, families, and athletes, ensuring they achieve optimal health and functionality. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Dr. Reyes earned her degree in Microbiology and initially worked as a science teacher. Her experience witnessing the positive impact of chiropractic care on her students and their families inspired her to pursue a career in chiropractic medicine. In 2021, she relocated to Atlanta to obtain her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University.

Dr. Reyes is a firm believer that the foundation of healthy children begins with healthy mothers. She advocates for the importance of chiropractic care, not only during pregnancy but from the very start of life, to foster family growth and well-being. Her approach focuses on identifying the root causes of health issues rather than merely treating symptoms, allowing the body to heal and function optimally.

She holds certifications in Neuro-Tonal Adjusting through The Pediatric Experience and in the Webster Technique through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), both of which specialize in care for children and pregnant individuals.

Now residing in Aiken, SC, Dr. Reyes is enthusiastic about contributing to this vibrant community. In her leisure time, she enjoys exploring new destinations, traveling, reading, and spending quality moments with her family and friends. .
