We had such a wonderful St. Patrick’s Day lunch at our community today! 🍀 We enjoyed a traditional corned beef and cabbage meal, and it was absolutely delicious. From the perfectly cooked corned beef to the flavorful cabbage and sides, everything was prepared with such care.

A huge thank you to our incredible Dining Director, Sarah Donahue, for all the hard work and dedication that went into creating this special meal. It truly made the day feel festive and brought everyone together to enjoy a classic tradition.

We’re so grateful for the effort that goes into making moments like this so memorable. Happy St. Patrick’s Day! 💚

🐾💛 A Special Visit Full of Puppy Love! 💛🐾

We had a wonderful visit thanks to our amazing volunteer Bonnie, who brought her sweet dog Darling to spend time with our residents. 🐶

Darling made her way around to visit everyone, sharing lots of tail wags, cuddles, and puppy love. It was so special to see the smiles on our residents’ faces as they spent time petting and chatting with this gentle, lovable pup.

Visits like these truly brighten everyone’s day, and we are so grateful to Bonnie for sharing Darling with our community. Thank you for spreading so much joy! 💕🐾

🍀🌈 Saint Patrick’s Day Craft Fun in Our Community! 🌈🍀

This week our community came together to celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day by making rainbow wreaths, and we had such a great time! 🎨

For this craft, we wrapped colorful string around our wreaths to create bright rainbow designs. Everyone had fun choosing their colors and adding festive touches like shamrocks and clouds. It was amazing to see how creative everyone got and how unique each wreath turned out.

Moments like this are what make our community so special—coming together, getting creative, and celebrating holidays with lots of laughter and fun. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a colorful celebration! 🍀🌈

❄️ Honoring Our Blizzard Warriors! ❄️

Over the past month, our team showed what true dedication looks like. Despite the challenges of the recent blizzard, many of our incredible staff members braved the snow, icy roads, and difficult conditions to make sure they were here for the people who count on them most—our residents.

To recognize their loyalty, commitment, and the compassion they show every single day, we surprised them with special “Epoch Blizzard Warrior” winter hats. 🧢 These hats are a small token of our deep appreciation for the big hearts and unwavering dedication they bring to their work.

Your willingness to come in during such difficult weather truly demonstrates how much you care about our residents and our community. We are beyond grateful to have such an amazing team.

🧩📚 A Peaceful Puzzle Moment 📚🧩

During some quiet downtime today, Marjorie spent a relaxing afternoon in the library working on a puzzle. Piece by piece, the picture started coming together as she carefully searched for just the right fit.

Puzzles are a wonderful way to unwind, keep the mind active, and enjoy a calm moment in a cozy space. Marjorie made great progress and enjoyed the peaceful time in the library.

Sometimes the best moments of the day are the simple ones. 💙

🍀🐾 A Lucky Visit from Phoenix! 🐾🍀

We had a very special guest this morning at Golden Moments 4 Elders—Phoenix the Golden Retriever stopped by to spread some early Saint Patrick’s Day cheer! 💚

Dressed in the cutest festive costumes, Phoenix made his rounds bringing smiles, laughter, and lots of tail wags to everyone he met. Residents loved the chance to pet him, take photos, and enjoy some heartwarming moments with this gentle, friendly visitor. It’s amazing how much joy a furry friend can bring! 🐶✨

Thank you, Phoenix, for brightening our morning and helping us celebrate the spirit of the season. We feel extra lucky today! 🍀

We had a fantastic time in our community today with a wonderful performance by Michael Carr! 🍀🎶

Michael brought the spirit of Irish music to life, playing multiple instruments and filling the room with energy, talent, and joy. From lively tunes to beautiful melodies, his performance had everyone smiling, tapping their feet, and enjoying every moment.

We had a wonderful time preparing for Saint Patrick’s Day at our community with a fun and festive craft activity! Everyone enjoyed making beautiful sun catchers filled with bright greens and creative designs.

Participants used colorful materials to create their own festive decorations, and it was so much fun seeing each unique sun catcher come to life. Once they were finished, the sunlight shining through them made the colors glow and added a cheerful holiday touch to our space. ✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this creative activity and helped make our Saint Patrick’s Day celebration so special. We loved spending time together and seeing all the amazing creations! 🍀💚
