✅ Never take your eyes off children near water — even for a moment.
✅ Stay within arm’s reach of young or weak swimmers.
✅ USCG-approved life jackets in open water (lakes, oceans, rivers)
✅ Teach kids to swim early
✅ Empty all buckets, baby pools & tubs immediately after use.
✅ Secure pools with a self-latching fence
