WOW. Can’t say enough about this amazing meal of sustainable seafood from . Thank you and for this amazing gift. After excellent training from Matt— we made scallops crudo with housemade yuzo kosho sauce, crispy skinned branzino on a bed of arugula surrounded by purple potatoes, crispy skinned salmon with pistou and salmon sashimi. So many omega-3s! What a great Sunday.

Using prebiotic powder and vanilla bourbon protein powder to make a protein+fiber+coffee. For the one I drank, I used 1/2 scoop of protein powder and 1 scoop of WellVine prebiotic fiber. 8oz prepared iced instant coffee. Quite delicious. Food photography is quite interesting….. the pictured one has a bit of glue to get the beautiful milky splash. 😂

It’s national Noodle day— so try these rice noodles (also very yummy with hearts of palm and artichoke noodles if you are looking for more vegetables with less calories)— the topping is roasted eggplant in cashew sauce— a recipe by Kay Chun. Quick and delicious. You could use a chickpea noodle for additional protein— if that’s what your body needs!

My cookies did not flatten….Probably from all the fibers!

1.5 cups baked sweet potato
1 cup old fashioned oats
2 cups of your choice flour
1 cup of something sweet: maple syrup, brn sugar etc
1 room temp egg
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup dark chocolate chips
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cardamom
Two scoops wellvine coastal chardonnay powder
Two scoops cocoa powder

Mix everything except the chocolate chips until smooth, then add the chocolate chips. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Let cool. Sprinkle with a little large, flake salt for a bakery taste at home.
