Welcome, students!

A few weeks ago we welcomed our newest cohort of undergraduate and graduate students starting at KVC Kentucky this fall! Students from universities across Kentucky, including UK and EKU, completed New Student Orientation and have joined our BHS and FFPRS teams for their internships and practicums in social work and psychology.

A few weeks ago, our KVC Kentucky Salt River Trail KSTEP team came together to celebrate Mikayla as she prepares to welcome her baby boy! 💙👶 The day was filled with fellowship, a potluck lunch and plenty of love and well-wishes for Mikayla and her family.

On National Grief Awareness Day, we take a moment to honor the importance of allowing yourself to grieve, heal, and seek support. No one should have to face loss alone. 💙

Bullying can have long-term effects that go beyond childhood. Teens who experience bullying are more likely to struggle with mental health challenges, lower academic performance and social isolation. They may also face higher risks of unemployment and other difficulties later in life.
