Throughout Child Abuse Prevention Month, we’re honored to stand alongside our community in support of safe, healthy childhoods. 💙

At the Jessamine County pinwheel planting ceremony, our Marketing Outreach Coordinator along with our KVC Southern Bluegrass Team came together to represent KVC Kentucky and our shared commitment to strengthening families.

Moments like these reflect the heart of our work: building connections, raising awareness and ensuring every child has the opportunity to grow up in a safe, supportive environment.

The Eastern Mountain Leadership Team recently came together for a powerful mix of connection, celebration and growth.

The evening started with a great meal and even better conversation, giving everyone time to recharge and connect outside of the day-to-day. From there, the energy shifted as the team came together to cheer on the Kentucky Wildcats, bringing plenty of team spirit and camaraderie to the night.

Beyond the fun, the team also spent intentional time diving into Gallup action plans, reflecting on strengths, aligning on goals and building strategies for continued success.

Moments like these remind us that strong teams are built through connection, shared experiences and a commitment to growing together.

Michelle nominates Amber for the Kindness Changes Lives recognition 💙

Amber shows up for families in a way that truly makes a difference. She listens, encourages and reminds parents of the progress they’ve already made, even when they feel overwhelmed.

Families may come in feeling discouraged, but they leave feeling supported, capable and hopeful.

Whether she’s following up after a tough meeting, celebrating small wins or helping families navigate challenges, Amber creates a space where people feel seen and valued.

Her compassion and authenticity reflect the heart of our work: helping people.

Thank you, Amber, for the way you show up every day and for the lives you impact.

🌟 KVC Kentucky was honored to take part in the Annual Pinwheel Planting at the Capitol Rotunda, standing alongside Prevent Child Abuse Kentucky (PCAK) and our dedicated community partners as we kick off Child Abuse Prevention Month 2026. Joined by Governor Andy Beshear, this meaningful event highlights our shared commitment to keeping kids safe and supporting strong, healthy families across Kentucky.

Each pinwheel planted represents hope, resilience and the promise of a brighter future for every child.

We’re proud to stand with advocates, families and community members who are working every day to make a lasting impact. 💙
