📣 We are excited to share an important step forward in ensuring the long-term stability and strength of high-quality addiction treatment services in Kentucky.

Ethema Health Corporation, through its subsidiary ARIA Kentucky, has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire various healthcare assets and operations of Addiction Recovery Care.

This strategic decision is about investing in our future to better serve our patients and community. It ensures the necessary long-term resources and investment required to uphold our core mission: providing compassionate, high-quality treatment for addiction and co-occurring disorders.

There will be no interruption to client care or services during this process. The transition of assets and facilities to ARIA Kentucky will occur in a phased approach to ensure seamless operational integration. ARIA Kentucky intends to hire a substantial portion of the existing ARC staff. This guarantees consistency in the quality of care and familiarity for our clients.

We are grateful for the trust and partnership of the communities we serve and look forward to this new season of growth, collaboration, and impact. 💙
