Days like today make me the happiest in the apothecary because I get to focus on formulating and preparing all of the natural remedies for my community and clients. No scheduled appointments...just me and my herbs kicking it and coming together to bring wellness and healing. This is truly where my heart is!

Yesterday? Off...Mentally. Emotionally. Spiritually.
But today? I'm back on track. Getting recentered. Reclaiming my peace. Annnnd continuing to grow this business.

That means regulating this nervous system and "On My Nerves" is my go-to.
