Feed Your Labor. By laboring at home, you won’t be told not to eat or drink.

By the way, did you know that hospital policy for prohibiting women to eat or drink during labor is antiquated and outdated? According to NUMEROUS sources, including the American Society of Anesthesiologists (link in comments) it is perfectly safe and beneficial for women to eat during labor. Your body is undergoing a marathon type event. Fuel up!
