Kentucky River Foothills will begin accepting applications for the LIHEAP Fall Subsidy on Monday, Nov. 3. Eligible households may receive a one-time benefit to help with home heating costs, including electric, gas, propane, coal, wood, or fuel oil.

Applications are by appointment only and run through Dec. 12, 2025. Apply early to secure assistance.
