Meet Kaitlyn! Here is what Kaitlyn has said about her work in case management:
Hi, I’m Kaitlyn Rogers, a Targeted Case Manager (TCM) dedicated to supporting clients wherever they are in their journey. I take a warm, personal, and goal-oriented approach, helping each person set achievable goals and take meaningful steps toward reaching them. I love working in mental health because I believe that having support can make life more manageable—and even more fun. My passion is caring for people, and I truly believe that helping others is the purpose God has given me. Whether it’s connecting you to resources, offering guidance, or simply being a supportive presence, my goal is to make challenges feel more possible and success more attainable. I meet clients where they are, honor their experiences, and work with them to create practical, realistic plans for growth and improvement. Life can be hard, but you don’t have to face it alone—I’m here to walk alongside you and celebrate every step forward.
