Meet Billie! Billie is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor - Supervisor who works at our Lexington office!
Here is what Billie has shared about her approach: With more than 22 years of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in supporting individuals facing challenges with substance use, addiction medicine, and trauma. My work spans across all aspects of mental health counseling, including both adults and young adults. I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. While Person-Centered Therapy is the foundation of my practice, I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and collaborate on a personalized treatment plan that evolves with their progress. I believe that each person holds the answers within themselves, and my role is to provide a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where those solutions can emerge. My office is a place of open communication, unconditional positive regard, and genuine understanding—where you are free to be fully yourself. At Kentucky Services, LLC, my focus is on helping individuals navigate life’s many roles and expectations while building on their strengths. Each session centers on your goals, empowering you to face life on life’s terms with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence.
