Emily is a Nurse Practitioner and the owner of Recovery Room. She is passionate about fitness, recovery and wellness. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she has experience in Primary Care, Hormone Replacement Therapy and Weight Loss. She is physically active and exercises regularly. She sees physical fitness as a huge benefit for health and disease prevention. This passion for physical fitness and her medical background is what led her to develop this business. She wants to help people physically and mentally recover from exercise, training and the busyness of life so they can perform at their best and maintain wellness.
