The Lex Vet Rehab family is happy to announce a human addition to our family. Our rehab nurse, Kaylee and her husband Adam welcomed their son, Jackson to the world this past Tuesday. Both mom and son are happy and healthy.

To finish up our vet tech week, we wanted to thank everyone who sent us support this week!

Shannel has spent her first few weeks focused on learning how to best provide all of our patients with the care they need to be at their best. We look forward to seeing her continue to grow and meet all of our wonderful patients!

Kaylee has been helping patients through their rehab journey at Lex Vet Rehab for over 2 years.
The patients are quick to warm up to Kaylee’s soft and kind demeanor. Her thirst for learning and dedication to her patients success, along with her great nursing skills makes us so proud to call her a part of our Lex Vet Rehab family.

Up next for Vet Tech Week, we want to shine the spotlight on Jesse!

Jesse is an incredibly kind soul with a great gift for bonding with patients of all personalities, breeds, and sizes. He is able to win over even the most nervous of patients with his wonderful and calm demeanor.

Jesse is also a great team member and always ready to help out when needed. He also brings humor and joy to each day. We are all blessed with his friendship here at LexVetRehab!

Today to continue our Vet Tech Week celebrations, today we recognize Ashlee!

Not only is Ashlee a wonderful technician who has helped countless patients on their rehab journeys; she also keeps our practice running as our wonderful practice manager.

We are so very grateful for all of the hard work and dedication Ashlee puts into our clinic. She is a spectacular mentor and friend, along with being an incredibly talented and knowledgeable technician.

Meet Chianti. She is our most recent and one of our youngest graduates as a Cavalier King Charles puppy. She had an unfortunate accident injuring her sciatic nerve in her left hind leg causing paresis. She remained full of energy and determination during her rehab and hyperbaric oxygen treatments and has made a full recovery.
