I provide evidence-based treatment for adolescents and adults with anxiety and trauma. Whether your therapy is in my Lexington office, on the farm, or via Zoom, you will be safe, unjudged, and deeply heard as you engage in your important work. Therapy at the farm allows you to experience the peaceful and nurturing power of nature in a serene, private country setting. You may also choose to add an experiential component to your therapy with equine- and canine-assisted sessions. All sessions are carefully designed to support specific treatment goals, ignite motivation, and foster insight. I am certified to provide Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and have experience and training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing for PTSD (CPT for PTSD), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Comprehensive Behavioral Treatment of Body-focused Repetitive Behaviors (ComB), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I am dually certified as an equine-facilitated mental health practitioner and equine specialist.
