About us
It all started as two guys working 12 hour shifts in a local factory looking for ways to make extra income for their families and children without sacrificing the benefits of a union factory job. On days off while playing disc golf (if you play you’ll understand part of where we got our name!) seeds were planted small talking about owning a cleaning business since one of the guys already cleaned a single medical office in the evenings. The seeds grew and became an official idea put into action to create Innova Cleaning, LLC. It is owned and operated by Randy Pennington, Coleman Conrad and behind the scenes are their significant others.
