Your favorite Sexologist is taking a break🩷

Wearing multiple hats is a blessing — but even blessings need balance.
Right now, I’m taking a step back to breathe, reset, and get my mind right.
This season is calling for stillness, reflection, and self-work… and I’m answering. 🌸

Still here, just moving a little quieter while I focus on my personal development. 💫

🩸 What Does a Healthy Period Really Look Like? Let’s Talk About It! 🩸

A healthy menstrual cycle isn’t just about bleeding every month,it’s a reflection of your overall health. 🌸

✨ Here’s what’s considered normal:
• 🕒 Cycle length: 21–35 days (yes, it doesn’t have to be every 28!)
• ⏰ Bleeding lasts: 3–7 days
• 💧 Flow: Starts light, gets heavier mid-cycle, then tapers off
• 🎨 Color: Bright to deep red (brown at the beginning or end is okay too)
• 😌 Mild cramping, breast tenderness, or mood changes — but not debilitating pain
• 🌙 Minimal clotting (occasional small clots are normal)

🚩 If your period is extremely painful, heavy, irregular, or absent for months, your body might be asking for support. Talk to your provider and remember, your period is a vital sign, not a punishment. ❤️

💬 Drop a 🩸 in the comments if you’re learning to love and listen to your cycle!

✨ Understanding Your Cycle = Understanding Yourself ✨

Your menstrual cycle isn’t just your period. It’s a powerful rhythm your body moves through every month. 🌙

💫 Menstrual Phase (Days 1–5): Rest, release, and reflect. Your body is shedding, and it’s okay to slow down.

🌸 Follicular Phase (Days 6–14): Energy rises, creativity blooms, and your confidence returns — perfect for new ideas and flirty vibes.

🔥 Ovulation Phase (Around Day 14): Your glow is unmatched! Libido peaks, you’re magnetic, and connection feels effortless.

🌙 Luteal Phase (Days 15–28): Time to nurture yourself, set boundaries, and tune in before the next reset.

🩸 Every phase has its own power. Learn it. Honor it. Flow with it.

🚨 Emergency Contraception: Fact vs. Myth 🚨
Too many myths still surround Plan B and other emergency contraceptives—let’s clear them up:

💊 Plan B does NOT cause an abortion
💊 Works up to 72 hours (Ella up to 5 days)
💊 No impact on future fertility
💊 The copper IUD is also an emergency option
💊 It’s not about irresponsibility—it’s about being prepared

✨ Knowledge is power. Don’t let misinformation stop you from making informed choices about your body.
