Most will say well that doesn't make sense or how? It doesn't need to make sense when you have faith and you know God is the only thing that will get you through and on the other side of hell. When you rely on the world, friends opinions, feelings or what they think to be true it won't make sense and you can't get on the other side of it. Only Him! One of my favorite statements is..."You can't argue away an experience." I speak from experience. Thank you God!

We are a locally owned fitness center in the heart of Lexington, Ohio offering free weights, cardio and room for circuits. We will be a 24/7 access facility as well as offering personal training, health coaching and classes very soon. Stay Tuned!
