Happy Holidays from Kellie R. Dryden LCSW Counseling Services, PLLC! The office is closed and will reopen on January 6, 2025. During this time of holiday gatherings and the coming of the new year, please keep in mind that caring for yourself is never an act of selfishness. Those of us who are carrying heavy emotional loads can be deeply affected by holiday stress and may need a little extra care. If you notice that you are needing extra care or help, take note of the resources shared in this post. If an urgent mental health crisis arises, please don’t hesitate to create safety for yourself by reaching out to a supportive person, calling a crisis line, going to your nearest emergency room, or calling 911. As always, I will be checking texts, emails and messages on the portal several times a week. Wishing you and your families a peaceful holiday season. ~Kellie
