Good morning everyone!!! I want to first and foremost say thank you for the continuous support over the years.
We are gearing up for some exciting NEW changes and I appreciate your patience during this time. One of the first changes has been transitioning to our new system. This one is super user friendly, and will make things flow better for everyone. With that being said, I will be posting updates and instructions on how to proceed going forward.
1) REGISTRATION: We just need your basic demographic information and we also need your email. You will receive an email from Practice Fusion saying enroll in your patient portal. If it prompts you to enter a code, let me know and I will send it over.
2) MESSAGING: whether you’re enrolled to the portal or not, you can send a message directly to the office using this email: nhansefm@direct.practicefusion.com.
3) REFILL REQUESTS: This has always been the protocol, but over time I’ve let things slide through. If you need a refill, you can call your pharmacy and they will directly send me a request. Or, you can send a message in your portal. Even if you haven’t enrolled, your pharmacy is able to still send the message directly to me. You can also use the email above. Please request at min a WEEK BEFORE you run out of medication. This allows time to complete insurance authorizations if needed. Please allow up to 48-72 hours for the request(s) to be completed.
4) APPOINTMENT REQUESTS: you can use this link:

This will show availability and will allow you to pick a day and time. I will see your request, and will either accept it as is, propose a change, or let you know if it doesn’t work. I also want to remind you, that if you reach out late at night, holidays, weekends, or during vacations , there will be a $15 convenience fee collected prior to the appointment, and regardless of your insurance. I would love to be available 24/7, but self care and rest is essential to all of us.
