"My name is Natasha Rose. I identify as transgender and pansexual.
Pronouns: she/her
I graduated from Southern Illinois University with a degree in psychology in 2004. My first career was as an entrepreneur, where I owned and operated a book store and two video game stores. In 2021, I began pursuing counseling as a second career, gaining experience working as a crisis counselor, recovery counselor, and youth case manager. In 2025, I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and became an LPCA in Kentucky.
As an autistic and transgender woman, I understand the struggle to find belonging, sometimes feeling lost in the rivers and roads of our lives. I believe we each have the capacity to fully step into ourselves, creating or recreating who we are with compassion and intention. It is a privilege to walk beside clients as they navigate the complexities of living in a world that can at times feel so painfully unwelcoming that it pushes us into isolation. My approach to therapy is eclectic and deeply individualized. I see you as both the expert of your experience and the author of your own story, knowing that healing doesn't fit neatly into any single box.
I'm passionate about advocating for the LGBTQIA+ community and nurturing spaces of healing and growth. I believe healing begins through safety and connection — reconnecting with ourselves and with the people who truly see us."
