Our trained professionals, throughout the United States, work with residents in skilled nursing facilities to evaluate rehab needs. Our goal is to get individuals back to their favorite activities such as gardening, cooking and taking care of others. We know achieving the highest level of independence possible is important, and together we will work to get you where you want to be.

We know no two people are the same; and so, you are treated with your functional abilities and goals in mind. Our specialized treatment programs are developed to help meet each individual’s unique needs in recovery and mobility by focusing on coordination, balance, strength and endurance.
