Ever heard of dry needling but not sure what it actually does?

This powerful technique goes deeper than massage or stretching—literally.

Dry needling targets trigger points (“knots”) in your muscles to:
✅ Reduce pain and tension
✅ Improve range of motion
✅ Speed up recovery from injuries
✅ Release tight muscles and fascia
✅ Improve blood flow and healing

Whether you’re dealing with neck stiffness, low back pain, shoulder tightness, or chronic tension—dry needling can be a game changer.

🎯 It’s fast. It’s targeted. And it’s backed by science.

Way to go Lyndon!!! 🏁

Called an audible late Thursday night to head to Lincoln Speedway last night rather than MARS at Farmer City to test some things out. Ended up going quick time in our group and winning our heat and feature!

Thanks to Dad, Grampy, and LP for the pit help last night. Huge thank you to 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐬, Ryan Deah Thomas, Emmet, Chad, and Trent!! Took our car over there this Tuesday in preparation for the PDC. They went through it, and obviously have us pointed in the right direction.

Last but not least all of our sponsors, fans and supporters that have stuck with us through thick and thin. Hopefully this is just the beginning.

Exciting Announcement!

I've accepted the role of Athlete Mental Health Advisor as part of the Sports Medicine Advisory Committee for the Illinois High School Sports Association (IHSA). This opportunity represents a powerful step forward in advancing how we support athlete mental health across the state of Illinois.

As a former athlete with over a decade of experience coaching and training in sports, I've seen firsthand the physical and emotional toll competition can take. Now, as a licensed therapist working with athletes and couples, I'm honored to bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to the table, bridging the gap between performance and mental well-being.

This role allows me to combine my professional training with a deep understanding of what athletes face both on and off the field. It's the culmination of years of hard work, reflection, and dedication to both sport and mental health.

A huge thank you to Stacey (IHSA Assistant Executive Director) for bringing this opportunity to my attention, and a special shoutout to Corey Christenson at Pontiac Township High School for consistently supporting and sharing my work. To everyone in my corner, your encouragement has made a real difference and I'm incredibly grateful.

Let's keep pushing the conversation forward and prioritizing the whole athlete, mind and body.

We are working to persevere some Lexington history here today! We took down concrete slabs that spelled out ‘Lexington Garage Co.’ from when the building was Hank’s Garage and Neldner Ford. They were placed on top of the roof a couple of decades ago when some of the original brick had to be taken down. Eventually, we would love to restore the the front of the building to its original glory! 🏗️💜
