Happy Thanksgiving from Ultra Physical Therapy!

Before the holiday chaos begins, we have a few PT-approved tips to keep you moving:

🧡Carrying groceries in one trip is not a competitive sport. Your shoulders will thank you.

🤎If you drop something, bend your knees. The “holiday hinge-back” is real, and we treat it every year.

🧡Pacing yourself at dinner counts as endurance training. Marathon eaters, we’re talking to you.

🤎If you fall asleep sitting up after the meal, just know you’ve achieved “advanced neck strain” status.

🧡Stretch before round two at the dinner table. If you pull a hamstring reaching for the ham, we can help… but we’ll laugh first.

We’re grateful for all our amazing patients who trust us with their care—and who keep us smiling with every visit. Have a safe, delicious, and pain-free Thanksgiving! And remember: if all else fails, we treat turkey-related injuries with no judgment. 😂

We having been working hard over the past 1.5 years to renovate this old garage building into a space that will allow us to offer the best Physical Therapy experience possible to the Lexington community and beyond! Thank you for your patience and we will start sharing more of our progress with our goal to have the new space open by the end of the year.

Today, we added about 500 sf of new flooring! Much thanks to our main contractor and the best dad, Delmar Smith!
