Tim vs. the Wind: StrongerLife Training for the Win(d)!

When StrongerLife member Tim Fowler signed up for a windsurfing lesson in Hood River, he didn’t hesitate — because he knew he was ready. Years of training at StrongerLife had built the strength and balance he needed to confidently hop on the board. Tim said, “Thanks to StrongerLife, getting up and balancing wasn’t a problem.”

Strength has no age limit!! 🇫🇷💪

While visiting Paris recently, Jeanette Coufal decided to climb to the second level of the Eiffel Tower🗼— something she had done 12 years ago and remembered as quite strenuous! This time around, though, she said it was “easy peasy.”

That’s the payoff of staying strong and consistent — Jeanette is living proof that strength has no age limit. As she put it, she’s “in a lot better shape than 12 years ago.” Her workouts at StrongerLife don’t just make her stronger in the gym — they help her take on adventures like this one with energy and confidence.

Sometimes surgery is inevitable — but how you prepare and recover makes all the difference.💪🏼

Kristen B Fowler joined StrongerLife in the middle of 2022. She recently hiked Hood River in Oregon just six months after her knee replacement and said:

“I’m feeling very happy to be capable of this six months after knee replacement! The downhill is still a little tough, but it’s WAY better than before the surgery and I’m in much better shape than when I did this trail two years ago. I’m proud of this!”

Building strength before surgery helps recovery happen faster. Continuing strength training afterward helps you get back to doing the things you love — and even better than before! ❤️
