Most people are not eating enough protein to support metabolism.

A few simple ways to increase protein intake:

• Add eggs or Greek yogurt at breakfast
• Choose protein-focused snacks (cottage cheese, protein shakes)
• Prioritize protein at each meal
• Add grilled chicken or fish to salads
• Keep it simple — it doesn’t have to be complicated

You do NOT have to starve yourself, cut out all carbs, or spend hours in the gym to lose weight.

And you definitely don’t have to be miserable doing it.

There is A LOT of misinformation circulating about GLP-1 medications.

I often hear:
“These are only for diabetes.”

"Insurance doesn't cover them."

That is not accurate.

• Wegovy and Zepbound are FDA-approved for weight management
• Wegovy is also approved for cardiovascular risk reduction and advanced liver fibrosis/NASH.
• Zepbound is also approved for obstructive sleep apnea

These medications are part of a medical approach to metabolic health when appropriate.

Like any treatment, they are not right for everyone.

The most important thing is having accurate information.
