We're growing sprouts! Everyone knows you need fresh veggies but prices in the grocery store now are shocking and too often the quality just...isn't there. These are very tasty! I was very surprised but our dogs will eat them too.

You all know how good compression socks make your legs feel? We just got some merino wool and bamboo ones from The Prescription Pad here in Nicholasville. They were only $24.95 which is a great price. Energized and warm feet and legs for us this winter.
