NAMI Kentucky National Alliance on Mental Illness of Kentucky (NAMI Kentucky) Founded in 1979, NAMI has local affiliates in all 50 states.

NAMI (the National Alliance on Mental Illness) is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with mental illness and families and friends. The Kentucky Chapter of NAMI has approximately 1,000 members, and offers programming and services throughout the Commonwealth. NAMI Louisville was grateful to help thousands of members in the Louisville community in 2025. Through our connections with other organizations around the city, NAMI Louisville was able to provide resources to over 10,000 individuals. Due to the community, NAMI Louisville was able to help those who came to us in need, but we weren't able to do it without you!

NAMI Louisville is hosting su***de prevention training on January 15th and March 12th, 2026, on zoom.

QPR's mission is to reduce suicidal behaviors and save lives by providing one of the most effective and widely taught su***de prevention training. This training is important because, regardless of your background, quality education empowers all people to make a positive difference in the life of someone they know.
