3/23/26: Full body and mind control workout. Had a rough week. I won’t let it get me down. Brought my best. That’s all any of us can ask. Grabbed those 2 x 30 lb dumbbells and 2 x 15 dumbbells and went to WORK. Used my pull up bar and Swiss ball too. You can make an amazing workout at home with little to no equipment if needed.

It’s been a bit since I posted food… The fourth major LOML. (Can you guess the first 3? ❤️)

A while back, we had a nice dinner with friends at a (fancy for us) restaurant and fell in love with the dish we had there… Caprese Salad. We ordered it there with the salmon and gluten free bread that was absolutely delicious…

We love to recreate meals and get inspired by the talent, culture, and creativity of others.

This is our version of Caprese Salad. Here’s the breakdown:

Tomatoes, 🍅 sliced
Burrata (mozzarella) cheese 🧀, sliced
Pesto 🌿
Herbs & Spices: basil, cilantro, black pepper
Balsamic reduction, drizzle 🤤
Chicken breast (optional)

This dish is a flavor powerhouse. 💥

This dish is a mix of flavors and textures. 🤌

This dish is nourishment. 🔄

This dish is one we’ve come back to again and again. ❤️

3/16/26: Full-body strength training workout. Some days I really don’t have the time or energy to put into adding all my exercises and weights and reps into the app. (I’m lookin’ at YOU, … please do better 🙄) It was certainly a manic Monday after very little sleep due to storms overnight and an early start.

Anyway. I was there and know what went down. ⚡️🫶🏋️‍♂️ Some days the workout is showing up when you just don’t feel like it.
