Motivation. It’s a fabulous feeling when we have it. Things feel focused and easier. We find our flow and rhythm. We have that fire and spark to make things happen.
When motivation dips, the game changes. It can be difficult to get started, stay consistent, or follow through. This is a time of vulnerability, and it’s easy to become discouraged.
Here’s the thing. The reality is that motivation is a fickle friend. The good news is that there is nothing wrong with you. No one is motivated all the time. We cannot rely on motivation alone.
