3/23/26: Full body and mind control workout. Had a rough week. I won’t let it get me down. Brought my best. That’s all any of us can ask. Grabbed those 2 x 30 lb dumbbells and 2 x 15 dumbbells and went to WORK. Used my pull up bar and Swiss ball too. You can make an amazing workout at home with little to no equipment if needed.
