Today the state and national public health emergency officially ended. It's been a long 3 years for everyone (looking at you with mad respect, teachers!), but certainly for those of us in healthcare.

While we frankly couldn't be more thrilled that the worst of the pandemic is behind us, we also can't ignore all we've learned about transmission and the importance of keeping other folks safe. Rachel here. Zach and I watched this press conference with tears in our eyes. It's been such a long year, hasn't it? Filled with challenges, and unexpected gifts. And now we are almost back to some semblance of normal. Almost.

Please note, as mentioned in Baker's speech, health care facilities will still mandate masking, in order to protect our at-risk populations. Thank you for your ongoing support and continued compliance with our safety policies!

A client sent us this article, and we think it sums up how a lot of us are feeling right now. If you're exhausted, you're not alone. An acupuncture appointment can really help; but so can giving yourself the space to rest, and reducing the need to produce. There will be plenty of time for that in the future!
