One of the things you may not know about Hospice of Davidson County is that we have a full commercial kitchen right here on-site โ led by our talented Chef, Angie Hughes, and a dedicated culinary team. This kitchen doesn't just serve meals; it nourishes hearts.
Each day, they prepare delicious and comforting meals for our patients, their families, our staff, volunteers, and visitors. Chef Angie also lends her talents to help cater special events throughout the year.
๐จโ๐ณ But today, weโre celebrating more than just their culinary excellence โ weโre recognizing their commitment to safety, quality, and care. Our kitchen has received a perfect sanitation score of 100 for nearly 10 years in a row! An incredible accomplishment made possible by the teamโs tireless dedication and attention to detail.
