Physical therapy is often seen as something you do after an injury or surgery. But in reality, PTs are trained to assess, treat, and guide you through so much more than pain alone.
Movement concerns, recurring aches, strength changes, balance, nervous system regulation, recovery, life transitions, and the day-to-day things that make your body feel unfamiliar or unreliable. These are all within our scope.
