Do you remember being a kid, going down the road and seeing a BIG truck-you would get that famous ITCH to raise you arm up and down-For that HONK! 🔈

Well during our walk Mr.Hightown had that ITCH- reminiscing being kids WE HAD to do it today! 🚶

Story: Exercise is apart of our every day routine, keeping every moving-
Today we got our exercise bike set up, residents took turns trying it out! Even set a goal for tomorrow to do .20 miles on it! - So the COMPETITION is on for us! Exercise dosent have to be HARD. We had a side of FUN with everything!
